There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting information, and this site collects none. Everything goes to one email address instead.
Messages are read on business days in Central European Time, which means a reply to an Australian sender usually arrives overnight. Please include the page address you are writing about — it saves a round trip.

What this address is useful for
- Corrections — a fact that is wrong, a link that has moved, a page that is out of date.
- Questions about the commercial arrangement described on the affiliate disclosure page.
- Privacy enquiries, including a request for access to or correction of any personal information the publisher holds, as described in the privacy policy.
- Requests to remove a reference, or complaints about the content of a page.
- Suggestions for subjects the knowledge base should cover.
What it cannot help with
StrataPoint is not a game publisher, a reseller or a support desk, and it has no access to anybody's game account. The following need to go elsewhere:
- Account problems, billing or refunds for a game. Only the game's own publisher can act on these. The sequence that works is set out in in-game purchases and consumer rights.
- Technical support for a game client. The vendor's support channel has the logs and the ability to fix it; this site has neither.
- Reports of online harm or harassment. The eSafety Commissioner has formal reporting schemes, and serious matters belong with the police.
- Scam reports. Scamwatch, run by the National Anti-Scam Centre, collects these and can act on patterns.
- Privacy complaints about another organisation. The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner is the regulator.
A note on what happens to your email
An email sent to the address above is stored in the publisher's mailbox and read by the people who maintain this site. It is used to answer the message and for nothing else — no mailing list, no marketing, no transfer to any advertiser. Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, and the detail is in the privacy policy. If you would prefer your message deleted sooner, say so in it and it will be.
