These terms apply to your use of stratapoint.online, a website published by KR Ultimate s.r.o., Bílkova 855/19, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, company number 09665544, VAT CZ09665544, contactable at info@stratapoint.online. They are short because the site is simple: it publishes information and nothing else.

1. What this site is

StrataPoint is an informational resource about free-to-play online shooters for desktop computers, written for readers in Australia. It is not a shop, not a vendor, not a support service and not an official or authorised source for any product mentioned on it. Nothing here is professional, legal, financial or security advice, and nothing here is a substitute for a game publisher's own documentation or support channel.

2. Accuracy and change

Pages are written carefully and reviewed periodically; the review date appears in the footer. Even so, the subject matter moves. Game features, system requirements, prices, store contents and account processes are controlled by their publishers and can change at any time without this site knowing. Where a decision matters, check the vendor's own website, and where a legal or regulatory question matters, read the relevant Australian body's own material rather than a summary published here.

3. Using the site

You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own purposes and link to them freely. You may not copy substantial parts of the text for republication as your own, attempt to interfere with the site's operation, or use automated tools in a way that degrades it for other readers. The text, layout and graphics are the publisher's, apart from third-party names used descriptively.

4. Links to other sites

This section does not exclude anything that cannot lawfully be excluded, and it is not intended to. If you are a consumer in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law gives you rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by these terms, and nothing here should be read as attempting to do so. Information about those guarantees is published by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

Subject to that, the site is provided on an “as is” basis: the publisher does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent permitted by law it is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, or from the content, conduct or availability of any third-party site reached from it. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the information again.

7. Your own use of third-party services

If you register with a game publisher, install its software or buy something from it, that is a contract between you and that publisher. Its terms, its refund position and its handling of your personal information are its own. The practical routes available to an Australian consumer when such a transaction goes wrong are described in in-game purchases and consumer rights, which is general information rather than advice about your situation.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in Australia, this does not deprive you of the protection of the consumer laws of your own jurisdiction, including the Australian Consumer Law, or of the right to bring proceedings where the law of your place of residence permits it.
